Delivery Times
The delivery time is stated for each respective product. In the case of advance payment, it begins on the day after the payment instruction is issued; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, it shall be postponed to the next business day.

Customs and Import Duties
The Canary Islands are part of the EU customs territory, but not the EU VAT territory. Shipments from the Canaries to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and other EU countries are therefore declared to customs; the VAT of the destination country will apply. No customs duties apply within the EU.

Please inspect the shipment upon delivery and report any obvious damage to the carrier and to us at info@hycon-nautico.es as soon as possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
